Dear Members of the 乐发IV Community,
On behalf of the 乐发IV Board of Governors, I am pleased to share a report completed by Cheryl Foy of Strategic Governance, An external review of the 乐发IV (乐发IV) Board Governance. The completion of this review is a key action in the 乐发IV Action Plan: Building a Culture of Trust, Safety, and Inclusion.
The Board looks forward to addressing the recommendations in this report and continuing its efforts to enhance oversight, transparency and accountability, and to supporting the University in realizing its commitment to making the changes needed to enable 乐发IV and its community to move forward, to live its values, and to achieve its mission of scholarship to the benefit of our Island and beyond.
