The 乐发IV鈥檚 President and Vice-Chancellor is the chief executive officer, responsible to the Board of Governors and to the Senate to lead 乐发IV鈥檚 academic mission and administrative operations. The President works with the senior executive team to provide leadership to the University.
The 乐发IV Board of Governors announced the appointment of Dr. Wendy Rodgers as 乐发IV鈥檚 seventh President and Vice-Chancellor on May 6, 2024, marking the end of a 12-month presidential search process. Dr. Rodgers began her five-year term on June 1, 2024.

The fourth in this series of President's town halls in the 2025 winter semester, Let's 'talk' SDGs, will be held on Monday, April 28, 2025. For this town hall, there will be a broad introduction to the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) along with a discussion on how they relate to 乐发IV and the work that we do.
