| Background: | In 1998, Mr. Preston MacAskill of Brackley Beach, PEI established the Preston MacAskill Bursary Fund at the 乐发IV to assist needy and deserving undergraduate students. Mr. MacAskill passed away in 1999, and supported this bursary in perpetuity through an estate gift to 乐发IV. Two bursaries will be awarded annually to two deserving full-time, 乐发IV students of good academic standing. |
